　　　　　　摘　要　雖然，職業(yè)安全衛(wèi)生在其硬件、管理及人的行為規(guī)范方面取得了較大成效，但在世界范圍內(nèi)，意外職業(yè)傷亡事故的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)仍令人十分擔(dān)憂。隨著科技進(jìn)步、工業(yè)發(fā)展和社會(huì)文明的要求，本世紀(jì)80 年代，有人提出安全文化的理論。在國(guó)內(nèi)一些工業(yè)企業(yè)中，大量的實(shí)踐證明，安全文化建設(shè)是做好職業(yè)安全衛(wèi)生工作的基礎(chǔ)，也是大眾安全及社區(qū)安全的基礎(chǔ)。筆者 分析了中國(guó)安全文化建設(shè)產(chǎn)生的背景，研究了弘揚(yáng)和傳播安全文化的途徑，提出了當(dāng)代人應(yīng)樹立跨世紀(jì)的安全科技文化新觀點(diǎn)。　　關(guān)鍵詞　安全　文化　建設(shè)　科技　觀點(diǎn)　　Abstract　Although significant advancement has been achieved in the aspects of hardware, management and rule of human behavior in the field of occupational safety and health, worldwidely speaking, we are still worrying about the serious situation of the accidental occupational injuries. As a demand of the progress in science and technology, development of the industry and social civilization, the theory of safety culture was put forward in 1980′s.
