【摘要】建筑工程質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系著廣大人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，然而近年來(lái)由于建筑市場(chǎng)管理混亂，造成大批建筑出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)影響建筑工程施工質(zhì)量因素以及當(dāng)前存在的主要問(wèn)題的分析，介紹了施工質(zhì)量管理的基本原則，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理措施，對(duì)于保證建筑工程質(zhì)量的提高，確保人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 【 abstract 】 construction engineering quality directly related to the masses of the people's life and property security, in recent years because of the construction market management chaos, however, large Numbers of buildings appear serious quality problem. Based on factors influencing the construction engineering construction quality and the analysis of the current main problems of construction quality management is introduced the basic principle, and based on this, advances the construction engineering construction quality management measures, to ensure the quality of construction projects, to ensure the safety of the people life and property have important practical significance. 　　【關(guān)鍵詞】建筑工程；施工質(zhì)量；管理 【 key words 】 building engineering; Construction quality; management 　　1 引言 1 introduction 　　建筑物是產(chǎn)品，但不等同于一般產(chǎn)品，因?yàn)榻ㄖこ藤|(zhì)量的好壞不僅影響到施工企業(yè)、建設(shè)單位的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展，而且直接關(guān)系到人類的生命安全。然而近年來(lái)由于建筑市場(chǎng)管理混亂等原因，造成一些建筑工程不能按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙施工，施工質(zhì)量不能符合相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范，造成了大批建筑出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。特別是汶川地震等自然災(zāi)害發(fā)生以后，建筑工程的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題立刻凸顯出來(lái)，相當(dāng)一部分建筑出現(xiàn)了開(kāi)裂、倒塌，從而造成了重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員傷亡，因此現(xiàn)階段必須加強(qiáng)建筑工程的施工質(zhì)量管理，從根本上消除質(zhì)量隱患，確保工程質(zhì)量的提高。 Building is the product, but is not the same as general product, because construction engineering quality stand or fall not only influence the long-term development of the construction enterprises, construction units, and is directly related to human's life.
