　　中文摘要：本次設(shè)計是從項目管理的角度，在***科技培訓(xùn)綜合樓工程的實踐基礎(chǔ)上，研究了工程的采購管理、合同策劃以及合同管理方面的內(nèi)容，最后根據(jù)自己的實踐，提出了一些想法?！　∈紫妊芯苛瞬少徲媱澋木幹?，采購計劃既包括了材料和設(shè)備的采購、工程的采購即承包商的選擇和勘察設(shè)計及咨詢的委托，重點講了材料和設(shè)備的采購。　　接著研究了合同策劃和合同管理兩個方面的內(nèi)容，合同策劃包括工程項目建設(shè)模式與合同結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇、合同體系、類型和文件的選擇，重點考慮了建設(shè)模式的選擇以及合同類型的選擇。合同管理包括工程招投標(biāo)階段和工程的實施階段兩個階段的管理，重點研究了工程實施階段的合同管理，在實施階段主要包括工程的變更和索賠，包括變更的原則、程序、控制等，索賠的目的、程序、處理方法等?！　∽詈螅鶕?jù)***工程的實踐所得到的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，提出了一些自己的想法?！　￡P(guān)鍵詞： 采購； 合同； 合同策劃； 合同管理　　　　ABSTRACT　　　　This design with science and technology complex building of Nhwa Pharma Corporation as actual background, standing on the angle of project managers, study the procurement management and the contract scheme and the contract management. On the base of my practice, I put forwards some suggestions.　　At first, studying the organization of the procurement management, the procurement management includes material and equipment procurement; engineering procurement; and designer and contractors’ ion, the focus is the procurement management.　　Then, I study the question from the contract scheme and the contract management. The contract scheme includes the choice of the incur mode, category of contract, system of contract, and the papers of contract. The incur mode, category of contract are stressing. The contract management includes the management of bid and the management of practice. The management of practice is more important. The management of practice includes alteration management and claim management. The alteration management includes the principle, the forms, the controlling of the alteration. The claim management includes the purpose, the forms, and the dealing way of the claim.　　At last, according to the experience and lessons from the building of Nhwa Pharma Corporation, I put forwards some suggestions of my own.　　Keywords：procurement; contract; contract scheme; contract management
